About the same amount of time the average college student spends watching TV, browsing Facebook, tweeting, and going out.

How long is pledging?

It depends on the pledge class. Once the pledge class is deemed done with all their assignments, pledging is complete.

How much are dues?

Do I need a certain GPA?

The minimum GPA needed to pledge under Greek Life at Binghamton University is a 2.5 GPA. We understand that school is the number one priority and we can guarantee that your GPA will not suffer if you pledge our Fraternity. We also can provide tutoring for classes considering we most likely have a Brother who has taken any given course. We will also go as far as saying we expect your GPA to improve with all the new time management skills you pick up during pledging.

Do we have to drink?

Alpha Kappa Psi holds a strict tradition of “dry-pledging.” This means you will not be able to drink alcohol while pledging. We all love going out and having fun, but there will be plenty of time to do this when you are finished with pledging.
